Your Massage Appointment
When you book the appointment you will receive a confirmation and two days before the visit you will receive a reminder. Keep in mind you can always reschedule or cancel the appointment from a link on the confirmation and reminder emails.
Payment is required at the time of scheduling through a secure automated process. Feel free to cancel or reschedule the appointment up to 24 hours in advance and your payment will be automatically refunded. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment may be charged up to the full fee. However, if you are feeling ill on the day of the appointment and notify me by email, you can reschedule or cancel the appointment and you will not be charged.
There is a lot to enjoy in the area where the 1769 Jamestown Road office is located. Jamestown Beach Park is a few minutes down Jamestown Road and Archer’s Hope lookout is close by on the Colonial Parkway. Both are great places to relax and look at the river. Right down the street from the office is Frothy Moon Brewhouse with great music and awesome food trucks. Jamestown Island and the Capital Trail are both great to bike, with more lovely water views from the bridge past Chickahominy Riverfront Park. Right off the bike trail is also Spoke & Art with great food and music events.
Consider creating an afternoon vacation river spa day for yourself. It’s true that our water is not tropical like in the picture, but this can still be a moment to appreciate where you are and use your imagination. Spend some time looking at the river in a beach chair, take some deep breaths, get a croissant and then come to Susan’s ocean themed office for a massage! Hopefully you will feel like you had a little vacation, but are able to curl up later at home, feeling relaxed and renewed.
